How do I book a cleaning?
Use our online booking flow to select your service, share property details, and choose a preferred date and time. You can also call us directly if you prefer to speak with our team before scheduling.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
We take trust seriously. Cleaners are vetted before they represent Purple Cleaning in your home. Ask us for details on insurance and screening when you book.
What is included in a standard house cleaning?
A standard visit focuses on high-traffic areas, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and general tidying. Exact inclusions depend on your home size and the service you choose. Service pages list typical scope; we can tailor add-ons when you request a quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Many clients provide entry instructions or a lockbox code so they do not need to be present. If you prefer to be home, we will work with your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Policies for changes and fees depend on how close the request is to your appointment — we will explain clearly when you book.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Our teams arrive with professional-grade supplies and equipment suited to residential cleaning. If you have preferred products for specific surfaces, let us know in advance.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing reflects home size (square footage band), service type (routine house cleaning, deep clean, or move-in/move-out), frequency if you choose recurring service, and any add-ons. Our public list prices are fixed by band and frequency; first-visit promotional pricing may apply for new customers when eligible.
What is the “list price” vs a promotional first visit?
The list price is our full public rate for your home size and frequency. For eligible new customers, your first cleaning may be offered at a promotional first-visit rate (for example, 25% off a one-time or monthly signup, or up to 30% off when you enroll in weekly or biweekly recurring service). Ongoing visits are billed at the recurring list price for the plan you choose. Promotions are not cumulative.
Is there a minimum booking amount?
Yes. After any applicable first-visit discount, there is a minimum booking of $119 for eligible promotional residential cleanings. Move-in/move-out and some special jobs are priced from the public table without the same automatic promos.
Do deep cleaning and move-in/move-out have the same promotions as routine cleaning?
Deep cleaning may include a separate new-customer promotional rate (15% off the deep clean list price) when eligible. Move-in/move-out cleanings use list pricing only — automatic stackable promos do not apply; we may offer a manual coupon in special cases.
When do promotions not apply?
Automatic promotional first-visit pricing does not apply to move-in/move-out as standard, to post-construction or heavy-renovation jobs, or when the home is in heavy buildup or unsafe condition as described at booking. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say otherwise.
How do weekly and biweekly plans save money?
Recurring plans use a lower per-visit list price than one-time service because the home stays easier to maintain. Your first visit on a weekly or biweekly plan may also qualify for a stronger first-visit discount than a single one-time booking, subject to eligibility and minimum booking rules.
